Web Store

Company Kata’s Art (Business ID 2882660-5) sells products to private persons and companys within Finland and the EU and non-EU countries that you can select from the menu. All prices shown include VAT (inside Finland and EU and private persons. We reserve the right to price and delivery cost changes.

Placing an order

You can order products in the web store by placing products in the shopping basket and paying for them in the web store’s checkout. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information given when placing the order is not used for anything else but delivery of the order and for resolving issues with the order. When ordering from our web store you are expected to have acquainted yourself and committed yourself to the terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase.

Klarna Checkout

With Klarna Checkout, you can easily, flexibly and securely shop online. By answering a couple of easy questions, you will conveniently identify yourself in the service and you can choose the payment method that suits you best.

The advantage of Klarna Checkout is that we distinguish between buying and paying. You first confirm your purchase and then choose how you want to pay. The payment methods available vary and also depend on the credit rating we perform. The most common payment options are Klarna invoice, Klarna installment payment, card payment, bank transfer or other direct payment - all equally secure.

What is the Klarna online banking fee? Klarna's online banking payment is a payment method that allows consumers to pay for a purchase directly from a bank account without logging in to a new service or remembering new passwords. When you decide to pay by online banking, you will be directed to a secure payment page maintained by Sofort. Sofort is a licensed payment order service that has been part of Klarna since 2014. On the payment page, you select the bank you want to use for payment, and you will then be directed to complete the payment at your bank's interface.

Klarna's online banking payment is safe to use. We will never store confidential personal information about you or pass it on to third parties, such as online banking credentials. The data is transmitted securely in accordance with industry-accepted encryption technology. The transfer of information takes a number of precautions to prevent fraud. Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order an order confirmation will be sent to your email. To be able to receive order and payment confirmation emails you are required to fill in your email address when placing an order.

Delivery and costs

The delivery costs will be stated after you have chosen a payment and delivery method. We deliver orders as registered or unregistered mail, of which registered mail is trackable with a tracking code.

Delivery time

Our usual delivery times within Finland are 2-5 days, delivery time in the EU is about 5-10 working days, outside the EU 5-20 working days, depending on the order and delivery method.  More specific delivery times will be stated on the product pages. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by force majeure or any damage due to delayed delivery. We will notify our customers of any exceptions in delivery times on the front page of our web store.

Terms for product exchanges and returns

You have a legal right according to the consumer protection law of Finland to exchange products or return your order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return is only applicable to unused, re-sellable products in their original packing. The right of return does not apply to gift cards or custom work

If you wish to cancel the transaction, you must notify us. Make it clear that you want to cancel the transaction and what the cancellation of the purchase is.

Please note that not collecting the goods or not receiving the order is not an acceptable way to exercise your right of withdrawal.

When returning an order, please attach your customer number / name and contact information as well as your bank account number for money refunds.

Problem situations

In case your order has gone missing, has been damaged during delivery or you are not satisfied with your order in any other way, you are required to notify the relevant party or parties stated in the terms and conditions within 14 days. If the order has been damaged during delivery, a complaint must be filed with the carrier company immediately.

In the event of a dispute between a business and a consumer, the consumer has the right to seek help from consumer advice. Our Privacy Policy describes in more detail how we store and analyze your personal information. We register your personal information so that we can deliver the products you have ordered to you and meet the requirements of the law.
